FAQ
Onchain Earn lets you earn rewards from selected onchain products, including native PoS staking, ETH/SOL liquid staking, and third-party DeFi protocols.
Onchain Earn carries protocol and asset risk:
• Price and APR changes
• Smart contract or third-party protocol failures
• Validator slashing
• Congestion, low liquidity, and redemption delays
Risks vary by product. Review the Onchain Earn user agreement before subscribing.
APR is a product’s recent onchain reward rate, annualized for comparison. It’s not guaranteed and may change.
Actual earnings vary with protocol rules, validator performance, supply and demand, reward token prices, and whether assets are pending subscription or redemption.
Rewards come from staking, protocol interest, reward tokens, or campaigns. Types and schedules vary by product.
Earnings may start after subscription or once assets move onchain. Rewards are paid daily, weekly, at redemption, or per the product rules.
A confirmed subscription becomes an order. Track its status, principal, earnings, rewards, and redemption from Assets > Earn.
Fully redeemed orders leave the active list. View history in Assets > Earn > Bills.
It depends on the product:
• Liquid staking: can’t cancel once subscribed.
• Native PoS staking and DeFi: can cancel before assets move onchain.
• After assets move onchain, submit a redemption request instead.
Available for selected products, it lets you receive part of your funds sooner. Supported products show the option when subscribing or redeeming.
Limits, quotas, and pricing depend on your VIP tier, eligible amount, liquidity, and queues. Anything not covered follows standard redemption rules.
Onchain Earn does not charge a subscription fee.
Some products deduct a service fee from earnings or rewards. When they do, the displayed APR already includes it. See the product page for details.
