OKX Card cashback program FAQ
What cashback do I earn on an ongoing basis?
All cashback cap calculations are based on Sydney Time (GMT+10/+11), regardless of your local time zone. Please refer to the table below for the rate:
VIP level | Cashback percentage | Cashback cap per calendar month | How much can I spend to earn the full monthly cashback |
|---|---|---|---|
Non-VIP | 2% | $50 | $2,500 |
1 | 4% | $400 | $10,000 |
2 | 4.50% | $900 | $20,000 |
3 | 5% | $1,500 | $30,000 |
4+ | 10% | $1,500 | $15,000 |
How is the cashback cap calculated?
The cashback cap is calculated on a calendar-month basis. Once you reach your monthly cap, you'll stop earning cashback for the rest of that month. Your cap resets at the start of each new calendar month.

What form does my cashback come in, and when will I receive it?
Your cashback is first calculated in local currency (e.g., USD), then converted to USDG and paid out to your Pay account. Both the local currency amount and the USDG amount must be at least 0.01 — if either falls below 0.01, no cashback will be issued for that transaction.Once a purchase settles (as triggered by the merchant), you'll receive your cashback within 24 hours.Note: If a purchase that earned cashback is later refunded, the associated cashback will be clawed back from your Pay account.
Can cashback stack with promotional cashback?
No. Cashback rewards don't stack. If a promotion is active, the promotional cashback rate applies instead of the standard cashback rate.
How do I become a VIP?
Your VIP status is determined by your activity and assets on the OKX platform, including factors such as your account balance and trading volume. You can check your current VIP level and find out how to upgrade directly in the OKX app.
